Assessment – We review current files – paper or electronic - to determine the requirements of your information tables. We speak directly with the users of the database (employees or management) to determine their database needs. Assessment includes specifying what forms (client information form), reports (mailing labels, customer reports), and queries which will be included in the database.
Technology Evaluation – We review the client’s technology system to determine what software/hardware is required to implement the database. A database driver needs to be available on current machines in order to run the database.
